  • How do I return an item?

If you are not  satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your package.

Once getting the FREE RETURN LABEL and instructions, please pack your items carefully and send your return package to the nearest DHL office. 

Send your return tracking number or a picture of a return receipt to our customer service team.

We will process the return or exchange as soon as we receive your package.

  • How much is the shipping cost ? 

Generally speaking, the total shipping cost will depend on the following factors: 

The shipment method you choose (we offer DHL: $9)

The destination country that the package ships to;

The number of items you order, as well as the total weight and volume (size) of the package.

Our advice is to log in to your account, add the items to your cart and then view the shipping fee which will be automatically calculated and displayed.

  • Do you offer discount codes?

Yes, we do offer standard discount codes some period during a year; however please follow our website for updated information. Not a member? Please sign up now. Also, make sure and sign up for our email list so that you don’t miss out on special offers.

  • Do you offer Bulk Pricing?

We offer bulk pricing on orders of 100 pieces or more. If you would like to request a Bulk Quote you can email us for a better deal and our Sales Team will provide you with a quote.

  • What is your satisfaction guarantee?

All of our products are absolutely guaranteed. Every time. Any reason. Or we’ll make it right.

We stand by everything we sell. So if you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, neither are we. We’ll make it right – please contact us via our official email: [email protected] for better assistance. Simple as that.

  • Are the shipping times guaranteed?

When you add an item to your basket, we’ll ask you to choose a shipping speed. We’ll then let you know the estimated arrival date for your item – and that’s something we stand by. Sometimes bad weather or carrier delays can throw a spanner in the works, but if your order doesn’t get to you on time, contact us and we’ll make it right.

  • What do I do if my tracking says my order has been delivered and I have not received my package?

Oh no! Please CONTACT US within 30 days of the delivery date so we can investigate further.

  • Can I exchange for different size/ item? 

Yes, we do accept exchanges. If you find it not working right for you we can exchange it for you if the size/item you requested is available, you can email us for more detailed information. 

  • I never received my order. What should I do?

If our site’s tracking says your order was delivered but you still haven’t received it, look up your tracking number on the tracking site for confirmation. 

If the carrier site’s tracking also says your order was delivered, try checking with your neighbors and looking outside your home to see if it’s hidden somewhere. If you can’t find it, email us with your original shipping address and an alternate shipping address so we can send a replacement.

If the carrier site’s tracking hasn’t been updated for several days, email us with your original shipping address so we can look into it and send a replacement if necessary.
